We looked at the bounty section of the forum.  Since this is a totally
new add-on function it looks like this feature request should not be
posted in the bounty section.  We are still considering posting it but
it would appear that the development team has a lot scheduled.  I am
still looking for a package to buy(it would be the less expensive route)
but I'm open to suggestions.

Ok. There should be a list of requirements and requests though, and the 
developers should confer with the client parties, because there seem to 
be a large set of solutions for this problem, but it depends on price, 
availability, etc.
