hello . im newbie on FreeBSD and i love this System. i want a proxy

i download PFSense and i install with 2 nics
re0 = 10.200.1.30 / 24 Lan
re1 = 10.200.1.40 / 24 Wan
on all xp clients i set gateway and dns the PFSense lan card
10.200.1.30 and is working very vell
with firewall can i block ports such as pop3 smtp etc..... is
working very well.
i install from packages squid in transparent mode and is working very
well.
my question is . is this system good ? is working this system with
traffic shaper ?

Squid and the traffic shaper don't exactly work nicely. I would not
recommend using both on the same device.
