They might be able to make a general assumption, but unless you are seeing operational issues (i.e. a service not working as advertised) and communicate that, it is unlikely anyone will take this beyond "user complained about log spam." I'm not saying it's impossible miniupnpd is broken, but given the QA put into 1.2-release, it's highly unlikely.

Please answer the question: other than log entries, are you experiencing any broken behavior?
