I think money help would be good for the following:
1)Help in writing down the guidelines
2)Help in making the glossary/free dictionary. (Note help not doing it for us).
3)Writing docs about program translation to hebrew. (We are really missing them).
4)Translation bounties for different programs.
5)Bidi bounties for different programs.
I think paying pro translators is bad because:
1)If someone get paid for it means either the free translation is not good enough so we should stop.
Or that it is good enough and then people shouldn't translate unless they get paid for it.
2)It doesn't help developing a translator community making us depended on hired help.
3)It would cause huge argument about which programmers should be paid for.
