Marc, you can begin by translating these lines :) Seriously now, Lior wants to suggest a budget proposal. For that we need to estimate the cost of such an event, for this we need to estimate the number of volunteers that will agree/want to take part in such an event. The point is to translate FOSS which needs translation to Hebrew, mainly educational FOSS. This is a work that most Israelies can do, no need to learn how to program. And it will give a boost to FOSS in education, because those who wish to install FOSS for students and kindergarten children will have proper software to install. We know we cannot pay people - we do not have the amounts of money, and we are prohibited by the bylaws. But we certainly can sponsor a translation event, where volunteers will not get paid, but at least they will get fed: a simbolic token of esteem to encourage people to volunteer.
