There were a number of people who asked for one-day pass but I did not have
the time to make the change on yapcom (the web application administrating the
event) to make it easy to handle it and doing it manually just adds to much
extra work.

Besides, offering single day pass now is too late as people who
already paid the price but might want to come only for one day will be
penalized. Returning the money would add just more administrative work.

What I thought now is to bite the bullet and starting from the 23rd
offer a reduced fee for those who don't want to come for all 3 days.
This reduced fee would be actually the same as the early-bird full
price so 450 and 190 NIS for companies and individuals respectively.
This way the we don't penalize the early payers and those who pay
late will have the choice of full prices (650/290) for 3 days or about
2/3 of the price (450/190) for any 2 days. What do you people say?
