Yes he can, and yes we do have connections in huji with a good chance of finding suitable place, as we did for various JLC activities.

You can try Huji. In Linux Jerusalem Club, we host meetings there. But the main problem there is I am not sure where one can host a meeting of that scale inside the Hebrew University.
