Hey, I am sorry I am entering the talks late. But I thought I might update that I am searching for the Palestinians side on my own channels. We might still be able to talk to them. And as it was mentioned before, if the only problem is funding, we might be able to reach an agreement.
I'll keep you posted on any development, and would value it if anyone that has Palestinians contacts regarding this could pass them to me.
