#185: Position of EURO-symbol and DOLLAR-symbol swapped

In the keyboard view on the NEO homepage the position of EURO-symbol is on
SHIFT-7 and the position of DOLLAR-symbol is on SHIFT-6. But in the
windows 64bit driver the mapping of these two keys are swapped. I didn't
check other driver versions.
