I asked Mike when we moved this project to SF about a JIRA instance. He said he'd be happy to set it up - but never did. :( I'm sure a little prodding would get it going. I think Fabrizio did the _ b/c it was his company's coding standards. Since it's on SF, rather than in-house at his company - we can probably change these w/o much objection (just guessing here).
