With the displaytag-header-decoration patch it is quite easy to do I18N with 
Displaytag and Struts (several people asked for that). 
The (very simple) StrutsTitleDecorator replaces the original title with the value from 
Strut's ApplicationResources.properties

Posted this to the dev-ml some days ago, but didn't get any reply, so I'll try to get 
some attention here ;)

I've just made a small patch to allow header decoration: it basically adds a 
decorateHeader(String header) method to the TableDecorator, which by default just 
returns it's original value. Users overriding this method could for example plug they 
own i18n system in there or whatever. I've been needing this for a while, so now I 
just took a couple of minutes to do it myself ;-)
