how to unselect checkbox in displaytag

Hi, i am using displaytag version1.0 in my project. i am using it to display
the Search Results across pagination. but the problem i am facing, if i am
selecting some products in page1 and going to 2nd page and selecting some other
products it is working fine, but if i will come back to page 1 and deselct
previously selected products, it is not doing unselection.
i am not doing <c:data > tag in jsp, so is there any solution or fixes for
this, please mail me in my Id
