When defining the "form" atribute on a "<display:table>" tag, links are
modified to use <a href="javascript:displaytagform() to post using the form.
However, when the banner is at the bottom (<display:setProperty
name="paging.banner.placement" value="bottom" />), a javascript error happens.
This is due to a bug in HtmlTableWriter.java consisting in javascript code and
hidden form fields not being rendered.
