In case your "access" problem is just access to the WebLogic distribution, note that 
development distributions are freely downloadable and without cost.

Are you calling getOutputStream() somewhere in your app, or is that 
being called by the servlet container?

I think you're probably one of the early users to run the filter on Weblogic. I don't 
have access to a Weblogic instance - perhaps you can help verify and fix the issue?
