[displaytag-user] "Bug" in the tld

Hello,

I use your displaytag lib and I find it really nice.
I found a small "bug" in the .tld that prevents it to pre-compile jsp pages with jspc.
Indeed, the uri in the tld is <uri>http://jakarta.apache.org/taglibs/display</uri>, and to be able to use jspc, it has to be replaced by <uri>http://displaytag.org</uri>.
So, I think it would be nice to have that fixed by default.
