That doesn't work for me, since I do want report in a new window.. But the problem is I get 2 new windows 1 blank and other with PDF report.

Using "window.location.href="" instead of "window.open(href);" opens the first window (which is blank...) in the browser (which I don't want.. since I loose the my html page from which I click button for pdf report) and opens the actual pdf report in a new window.

Regards.

Hi Kavita,

Why dont you try "window.location.href="">instead of "window.open(href);". The window.open
function is used to open a new browser window with the
supplies url. Hope this helps.
