I'm not sure if this has been investigated yet, but my suggestion would
be to start discussing that on the OSLC community's channels.

See : http://open-services.net/forums/ for instance.

I'm sure people have investigated modeling email threads as RDF (using
SWAML, SIOC, etc.), but how far such need has been investigated by OSLC,
I don't know, so better ask people that are more up-to-date than me.
