Hi Alex, 100% welcome. p.s. I was involved in a project, where exactly the same question arose. Here is a link to a recent discussion about exactly this topic: http://www.pubbs.net/201002/opensolaris/20419-driver-discuss-console-frame-buffer-for-sun4v.html http://opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?messageID=457918 If anything could help, then creating xorg.conf and adding this option to it: xorg.conf: Section "ServerFlags" Option "AllowEmptyInput" "False" EndSection But for this you must of course be using Xorg, not Xsun. We tested this with our project´s own heavily patched Xorg. Not sure if you can get Sun´s default version to work around the TEM problem in this manner. %mab _______________________________________________ distribution-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/distribution-discuss
