No problems. You are free to do precisely that. I'm assuming you've read the 
license, but to summarize, it says that you may freely install the software 
on as may machines as you can get your hands on, and you may freely  
re-distribute the software using whatever method is appropriate to yourself.

For the CD, we have a number of label designs available. I'm not sure where 
they reside at the moment, someone else should be able to point you in the 
right direction.
