Dear Madam/ Sir,

I represent Geometrix, a Software & Services firm located in New Delhi, India. Geometrix provides solutions to Architecture & Engineering (AEC) firms in India and is OEM partner with Bricscad NV, Belgium. As OEM partners with Bricscad, we are reselling Bricscad software in India.

We would like to bundle OpenOffice.org along with other software we sell. We do not plan to charge extra for bundling open source software.

We would also like to promote OpenOffice.org through our brochures, web site and other communications. We do not plan to directly make OpenOffice.org downloadable from our site, but would like to provide a direct link from the downloads area of our web site.

OpenOffice.org would be on the same CD as other open source software along with the commercial software that we distribute. We seek your permission as well as guidelines as to how we should do so.

It it is a pre-requisite that we need to distribute OpenOffice.org on a separate CD, we can do so. Here is the information as per your format:
