We are a computer refurbishing operation, a 501(c)3 charitable organization. We do not appear to fit any of your catagories we are not OEMs. Chesapeake PC Users Group Computer Refurbishing Special Interest Group Our interest lies in including OpenOffice.org on the computers we refurbish for distribution to people unable to affort new computers. We are not particularly interested in providing a CD to the the recepients of our refurbished computers because this would add to our costs. If necessary we would do so. Do we need to provide a CD to the receipients of our computters? If so do we need to register as CD distributors? We are not interested in becoming CDROM distributors on a large scale. We may be interested in distributing a CD to our club member who do not have a broadband connection.
