Uhhhh.... yes? Which of course is how it works? The comment confused
me, I don't understand what you are trying to say.

No, it does not need to do that at all, and no, the discussion isn't
about that in any way. The only discussion related to that has been
about requiring the upload of the source. That's it. Nobody has to my
knowledge suggested any other requirements.
