You find "Source Wheel" easier to say / type than "sdist"? (I type it
more than say it, but typing sdist is easier, and when I say it I
usually go for "ess-dist, or suh-dist"). And ".sdist" seems like a
perfectly good suffix to me.

And the bikeshed should be a light purple colour :-)
