XMLmind DITA Converter does not support any ``back of the book'' equivalent of the title-page parameter (http://www.xmlmind.com/ditac/_distrib/doc/manual/xsltParams.html#xsltParams__title-page). Normally if your backmatter element looks like this, then you'll see the conversion of colophon.dita at the very end of your book. --- <bookmap> ... <backmatter> <booklists> <indexlist/> </booklists> <colophon href="colophon.dita"/> </backmatter> </bookmap> --- > Where in xsl template can I write it ?
