Hi, I am not sure if this is an XSLT stylesheet issue or not. I have some rather long topics where putting the <indexterm> entries in the body of the topic would be more beneficial than in the prolog. However, when I generate a docx from my dita files using XSL Utility, only the index entries in the prolog appear in the index. Is this an issue, or is it another XSLT stylesheet modification?
