Hello XMLMind support,
We're using DITAC version 2.1.0 (the latest one) to produce docx files.
We'd like to have the Index added to the table of contents and also
to the document map.
I went looking at the DITA spec and it says that the indexlist
element can have a navtitle attribute for just this purpose!
However, when I use a navtitle attribute on my indexlist, I no
longer get an index. I do not get an entry in the table of contents
either, but I do get an entry in the document map.
I can use a second indexlist element to generate the index content,
but it is on a separate page from the named index (which has no
contents).
Please advise.
I checked on
http://www.xmlmind.com/ditac/_distrib/doc/manual/webhelp/limitations.html#limitations
and it doesn't say if navtitle is supported or not.
Thank you,
---Doug
P.S. our ditamap file ends with: (this is the mutant version with two
indexlist elements)
...
<backmatter>
<booklist>
<indexlist navtitle="Feature Index"/>
<indexlist/>
</booklist>
</backmatter>
</bookmap>
