Hello,
When I'm trying to convert book-maps to the PDFs files,but the
TOC aren't generating
I've tried to understand where the problem is coming form but I don't seem
to understand why it isn't generating. . .
Could it be that I'm missing a parameter that's needed to be specified?

<topicref href="../ditamaps/Contact_Contacts.en.ditamap"
format="ditamap"/>
</chapter>
<chapter>
<topicref href="../ditamaps/Contact_Searching.en.ditamap"
format="ditamap"/>
</chapter>
<chapter>
<topicref href="../ditamaps/Contact_Financial_Accounts.en.ditamap"
format="ditamap"/>
</chapter>
Or could it be that in order for the TOC to generate the chapter href must
be present?
