Hi Hussein, no worries, I was aware from the start that I can end up
using forked version of ditac on the project. However I would like to
keep changes to minimum so future upgrade to more recent versions of
ditac will be possible without too much work.

Speaking of customizing title-page I probably could just override
customTitlePage template without making changes inside ditac XSLTs.

Indeed. I have to say that ditac is easy to use and customize. I was
choosing between DITA-OT and ditac for this project. Main reasons for
choosing ditac were:

- easier to understood (ant build files in DITA-OT are quite complex
even for moderately experienced ant developer)

- based on XSLT 2.0 which is much more productive then XSLT 1.0

- out-of-the box support for PDF (you have to use plugins in DITA-OT)
and WebHelp (there are just half-working solutions or 3rd party
products) output

- more clean XSLT coding

- excellent email support even it is freebie :-)

Although decision to use ditac wasn't easy as DITA-OT is well-known
product and customer was using it on another project.

You made great job and I hope that ditac will become more popular DITA
processing tool.

Have a nice day,

                                Jirka
