Hi Pippin,

First, Great project nice looking device and a perfect documentation
(and software developing part). Really great!

I have of course some questions:

What exactly did you use as a battery? Because, as you already
mentioned, it needs to : 

Automatically power the device which is plugged in (i read you added a
switch for that)
Be charged and powering the device at the same time.

My powerbank needs to be switched on, as an example. So please give me
hint what it exactly is.

Why? Because i have the same hardware here:
A pi zero w and the hifiberry min amp
Such a great combination! 

(and your project is the first i found which uses the mini amp)
and some different speakers 

And last: do you have any idea where one could get some play, next,
previous buttons?

Because i was not able to find any, i thought about using a remote which
is built into the casing (thats why i cited you).

So that nobody recognizes that it is a ir remote, but internally it
works like that (it would be easy to implement because of the lirc
function of picoreplayer, only the hardware side will be hard/ some
work.
What do you think?
