Sorry, should have mentioned I'm using the Appx version. Never used Appx
before and have no idea how that works although guessed it might be more
deeply integrated into Win 10 than just being an exe file. Only really
asking about command line because I come from a Unix/Linux background
and sometimes like to 'fiddle' with settings to get a better idea of how
things work.
