Hmm, I actually have the opposite impression (albeit which may be entirely wrong); I think the Trac actually has very high visibility -- being that it's prominently linked/featured on the project website -- and is closely monitored by many of the developers and users (based on my observations from IRC, etc). If anyone wants to correct me here, please do. :-)
