hi jason, yeah, that's fine but modules have been
renamed/merged/deleted since your patch, so it's very hard to find
where your code should go.

for example django/core/meta/__init__.py does not exist anymore and i
did not find where should i add your offset/limit hack and that's just
one example.  this stuff is definitely not a copy and paste action
unfortunately.

i am not sure i understand django's internals enough to handle this.
