the value returned from object.get_carimage_url is an empty string when
i tried to view it by {{ object.get_carimage_url }}.

to add more explanation to my setting, the name of each car image file
is the same as its id in the car table (also, the type of the image
files is png). and in 'car' class in my model, i have an ImageField as
below.

carimage = models.ImageField(upload_to = 'images/cars/%s.png' % carID,
null = True, blank = True)

i'm not so sure whether it is correct to specifically indicate the name
of the file itself in 'upload_to' option.

please feel free to correct me if i'm on a wrong track.
