But surely bugs and odd behavior are best solved by fixing the problem rather than having to create endless work-arounds? If work-arounds were the solution, nothing would truly be a "show-stopper".

Additionally, I'd much rather see Django improved than just "working around it". Who wouldn't?! After all, we're perfectionists on deadlines! :)
