Thanks for the pointer; I think the problem is that we started using trac 
before y'all had the site_* stuff in place, and haven't really "upgraded" to 
use that stuff (yet).  It's on the list... but the list is long :)

Thanks again for the kindler, gentler, machine gun spam filter; so far it's 
looking very promising.
