Submit the patch to Trac, but clearly label it as relating to a
specific branch. Convention would be to preface the ticket with
[branch-name].

Ideally, the Version tag on the ticket should have entries for each of
the branches; this is probably a ticket unto itself (a task to add
version entries for each of the open branches)
