It seems like you would need to have a good grasp on what all of the
expenses were before you could decide how to meet them.  LJ sponsors the
project site right?  What other development expenses are there?  A few
possibilities I thought of:
- Core devs' travel expense?
- Conference materials (do you guys use posterboards at OSCON or others)?
- How about using the money to offset the costs of hosting a couple django
workshops in the metro areas that purchase the most django merchandise?
- What about donating it to a worthy charity, maybe some musical program, in
keeping with the theme?

Just a few off the top of my head...Your total bill comes to $0.01
