We removed both those fields; I'll just quote what Adrian said about the topics:

artificial urgency. "
"* Milestone -- We don't really use this, either. "
Priority isn't coming back; there's a chance we'll dust off "milestone"
sometime, but I kinda doubt it.
Basically, "must be solved for 1.0" is a design decision that should be made
by the core devs, and is best done between us and not on a publically-editable
ticket tracker.
