mod_python support is much older in Django, and thus has got more
useage and more testing. It's also easier to set up.

Yeah. The topic really comes up often enough. Please feel free to
file a text suggestion as ticket, that would be very welcome. If you
are familiar with patches, a patch would be great!

We (noris network) have been using FastCGI on a low traffic
customer-only site for half a year without any issue. Perhaps ask at
the users list for more feedback in usage. Ehm, and don't use
python-mysql with version 1.2.0 in threaded mode. 1.2.1p2 is good.
