I've got a list of stuff that we're holding on; mostly it's just
stabilizing and documenting a few things (newforms and test fixtures
are two of the big ones), and a push to clear out as many of the
"ready for checkin" tickets as we can.

The newforms-admin branch and a couple other big things are going to
wait until the next release; if we could use the time at PyCon to push
the remaining 0.96 stuff, I think we could probably get the release
out pretty quickly after that.
