Please create a middleware which downcases all the URLs coming to the Django
requests and post it somewhere. It is very easy and cool.

PS: When you realize that REST and HTTP is not only for browsers and not only
for humans, you understand why such a conversion is plainly unacceptable for a
generic-purpose framework.
