I ended up at this link: http://code.djangoproject.com/wiki/TracGuide Which wasn't terribly helpful for my situation. Perhaps the create account link could be put in a more intuitive place within trac. I ended up at the TracGuide page by intuitively following links to where I thought it was most likely for a create account link to be found. Also, it isn't obvious that the account for the djangoproject website will work for trac. I noticed someone say that both places used the same accounts, so I knew that would be the case.
