Hello, I am interested in seeing ticket #2507 merged into trunk.
Its been a while since it has had any limelight.I searched archives for django-developers and read all the comments on the ticket to try to get up to speed.
It seems like there are a few things that were left undecided:*The issue with it going into contrib/auth/contrib -- seems redundant, but makes sense. Currently the patch puts it there *The issue with where documentation should go -- I threw together a patch for the auth doc in django/docs/, but the auth document is already long. Does the documentation want to live somewhere else, or is it happy there? *The ticket is marked as patch needing improvement, but unless I'm missing something, I believe it had all the modifications made to it that were requested. What else did it need?
