I've noticed that you have posted requests for Django developers in the past. On at least two occasions, someone asked who "we" is, and I would like to echo that question.
Some of your other posts were much more vague than this one, but you did specify that location doesn't necessarily matter assuming that the candidate has fast, reliable Internet.
