Wouldn't it make sense to add a keyword argument to both itervalues
and iteritems, which lets you get lists instead? That would seem
easier than writing new methods. Example:

 >>> dictionary.iteritems(as_list=True)
 ...
--~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~
