Known bug. Ticket #9643 is the ticket of record, if you want to track something (although it turned out we had just forgotten to make a ticket for it in the past, since it's been discovered a few times). It's a little fiddlier to fix than it looks on the surface, but I'll hopefully get it finished soon.
