People are adding new tickets and assigning them to 1.1, because they can, but these are generally being rejected or move to 1.2 I think. I'm not sure when we will see 1.1 out the door but I think we are possibly waiting for documentation and translations only? But yeah, perhaps a beta or RC is needed?
