No. What we have now is intentional (also, it has always been that way). We consider the /dev/ version to be definitive, since it contains clear annotations about any features that have been added since the last version. At some point we will add a link at the top to the Django 1.1 docs after we create a branch for that. We're in the transition period where 1.1 and subversion trunk are the same branch right now, but the confusion is minor. We always intend for the latest documentation to be readable and useful to everybody using a supported version of Django (1.0.4, 1.1 and subversion trunk).
