Do we:
 1. build a WSGI-based equivalent handler?
 2. deprecate it with mod_python, post Graham's code on
django-snippets/wiki, then point people there (or to
django-debug-toolbar) in the release/deprecation notes?

I'd vote for #2, it's trivial code but is (afaik) unused - and there
are better places for that code to live.
