I just downloaded trunk about 2 hours ago, and I have a template that has a ’ character (angle style apostrophe that happens if you type something like "This doesn't work" in Fireworks (turns to "This doesn’t work" in Abobe Fireworks).
When rendering a static page consisting of only the template, the UnicodeDecodeError occurred.
